Lancaster’s Newest Destination

A transformative destination will open in 2019, changing the face of the City.

Downtown Lancaster’s newest premier destination on 101 North Queen Street, appropriately named 101NQ, contains over 150,000 square feet of multi-use real estate. We are transforming the once vacant Bulova building located on the corner of Queen and Orange Streets. This new multifaceted experience which will provide the community with brand new retail, office and luxury residential spaces in the center of a vibrant and thriving downtown.

There are three sections to the project:

The Row - Queen Street View

1 – The Row

The go-to location for on-trend street level retail spaces is already planned to be home to downtown Lancaster’s first Starbucks, and Domaci, an eclectic home furnishing retail store. With nine Letters of Intent already in place through PPM Properties, we are looking to fill the remaining spaces in The Row with anything from fast-casual restaurants, to men and women’s boutiques, to health and beauty retailers. Available spaces range in size. Currently, there are spaces on the first floor available from 755 to 1,500 sq. ft.

2 – The Core

Anchored by Cargas Systems, a local business software company, The Core takes the next two floors. With office spaces ranging from 1,200-25,000 square feet, your business could have a new home to grow and thrive in the heart of Lancaster City. The Core’s modern and industrial vibe is looking to “draw vibrant and excitable young entrepreneurs”, Alex Ebert from PPM Real Estate explains.

3 – The Point

On the top floor, you will discover The Point, which will feature unmatched modern city living residences with luxury fixtures and clean, fresh interiors. Sixteen units are planned, ranging from 1,800 to 3,800 square feet, with a limited number of two-story units including a penthouse. A few features of the residences at The Point include:
